New to the forum. Thank-you for having me.
I’m getting a lot of fuel collecting around the injectors. I’ve taken them all out, cleaned them up and replaced them with a fresh seal kit torque to the right Nm. No difference. I’ve replaced the overflow/ return pipe with one off e-bay. No difference. I don’t think that it is fitting very well and could be the cause of the problem. Does anybody have any experience of this problem and are there better return pipes that I could use? Thanks in advance. Mark |

Thanks for the advice. The leak was definitely coming from the fuel return and I couldn’t get the push connectors to work properly, even with new o rings seals. I ended up removing the push connectors from the fuel return pipe and using 4 pieces of fuel line to connect the injectors to the return pipe, fixed with tie wraps at each end (see photo). It seems to have stopped the leaks😊
