Smile 2007 XC90 D5 Help request

Hello everyone. I need some help to fix up my car.

I have been owning this car for 4 years now and its starting to have some problems. It is a 2007 XC90 automatic 6 speed D5 (185hp) with currently 220.000 km (136.701 miles)

Currently It has 2 main problem and I hope one smaller issue. The car has been serviced properly in the last 4 years.

First problem is that during mid/hard acceleration if the weel turned even just a little bit it makes a weird deep grinding sound. Almost like a bad shaft but its feels like its on both side under the center console. The driveshaft just has been replaced to a new one so that cant be.

Second problem is since I have replaced the transmission oil with 2 flushes it has started doing floating rpm and when flooring it it goes neutral and then shifts really hard like a kick. I guess its a new valvebody?

The other smaller problem that it has started leaking oil from the back side of the engine and the turbo pipe is really oily. And also some small oil spots in the front of the engine around the PCV system but I just changed the PCV valve and all of its seal.

Thanks in advance and sorry for my english I hope it was understandable.
I can also provide pictures if needed.
