Default Service plans miles/years

I am after a little advice, and cannot find it using the search

I have just purchased a 3yr old S90 with 10k on the clock.
The garage are offering me a service plan, with the 3rd service (I think being the 90K one)

Clearly my car will not have done anywhere close to the this (8k a year roughly).

Would the belts etc in a major service need doing on a time basis or just mileage?

The timing belt and the pulleys need to be done at 10 years or 90k miles whichever comes first according to the maintenance schedule.
If you in 3 years have around 35k miles on the clock, they will not need changing. So if you overpaid your service plan you can ask for refund at the end.

Yeah 1800 quid for 3 years servicing and 3 MOTs is ridiculous.

Don’t know where they got that from.

I'm not sure which S90 you have but £1800 is about right for a diesel.

2 x £435 and 1x £935 for years 4,5,6.

Makes my £600 for 5 years servicing a right bargain.

So where has the £1800 quote come from, 3 MOT's don't add up to the balance. Something not quite right there.

I came here looking for "maintenance schedules" specifically the XC60 year 2020 onwards. I don't think the above replies are helpful. What needs to be provided is a pdf/spreadsheet schedule of the actual "maintenance schedule" with time/miles vs the actual tasks required at each interval.

So is there any information within the forum pointing to "maintenance schedules" , be it for the Volvo models XC90, S90 ... etc?

Sorry to disappoint. I think the replies were very helpful and answered the original question.
