Unusual DAB menu
Hi, just collected our second XC70 D5 AWD (superb car for our needs); this one is a 2015MY edition, based upon the VIN. Trying to get the Infotainment set up yesterday, I noticed a difference between our 2012 car and the new one, regarding DAB.
Despite what the manual says, the new car only displays DAB1 on the selections, not DAB 1 & DAB 2. There is also no Ensemble Learn menu option, despite the manual suggesting there ought to be. I was wondering if anyone had come across these anomalies before? Must admit I probably don’t use many of the available features of the Sensus Connect but just wanting to make sure all is good with the system whilst car under Volvo Selekt warranty. The Vovlo Selekt warranty is the best on the market. When the Sensus sat nav on my 2012 wouldn't accept maps on line despite having the upgrade installed, the local dealership just junked the unit and fitted a new one costing over £300. I'd ask these questions of the dealer under the terms of the warranty and see if they can either advise or replace faulty equipment.

I don't have DAB, as there's virtually no broadcast here. But could it be different for different infotainment system levels?

5" display -> Performance or High Performance.
7" display -> High performance multimedia or Premium sound. The PS system has a special logo. |
