Default Control cable retainer...poppers?

Anyone who's looked at the volvo 240 heater box will know what this is. The controls for hot/cold air mix etc are linked to the heater box via cables which insert into a retainer/popper on the side of the box to control the flaps inside the box.

Question:

Does anyone know what the real name of these things is, because I need to source one from somewhere... they're a tiny part.

Also, does anyone know how to reattach the cable to these things?!

starlock fasteners?

Easy to push on but a pig to get off which why they work so well. The size must work properly with what is pushed through them.
