Is it easy to fit? I quite like the idea of having 7 seats...

It's all bolt on parts, you essentially replace your existing lift up boot floor bits with the two parts of the seat and then bolt up the seatbelt to the bosses you'll already have in the car. I imagine there's a YouTube video somewhere on how to do it. Please note there is a very small tear in one of the headrests, there's a picture of it on eBay.

It's still available, there's quite a few googley eyes watching it on eBay.
