Hi M D E

Probably the best thing to do would be to go to the Crooked Billet Meet which are held monthly (if you live around there, or another meet if not) as there are T5s with various different chips/remaps for you to experience. Some obliging owners will even let you switch ECUs so that you can test drive your car with the chip.

As an unbiased person with no chip or remap on my car I would say it all depends on which chip you feel comfortable with in the drivers seat.

Unfortunately threads like this one have had a habit of going off the rails in the past.

Good luck!

I have to agree with MissDMeanor on this one. The chip you should choose is..........

The one that suits your buget and gives you the drive that YOU are looking for.

Iain

Do a search and you may find the information you require.

I think Chris wanted to know what it was exactly! The S90 was a rebadged 960 saloon. The V90 was the...can you guess?

I think all the chips are about as good as each other. My one note of caution would be to not take the specs too seriously when choosing, as some of the more optimistic claimed figures appear to be unobtainable in real-world tests. Expect "a significant boost in performance", and you'll not be disappointed whichever brand you choose. Getting more precise than that can get a bit contentious.

cheers
