Volvo On-Call renewal
So, having bought my S80 23 months ago as a 1-year old ex-Volvo UK car that had not had the On-Call activated prior to my purchase, I am now in the position that a reminder has come up on the dash advising me that cover is soon due to expire and I need to renew it.
According to the app, the annual renewal fee is £131 for 12 months or £232 for 24 months currently - just wondering if anyone knows whether the most efficient way is to maintain coverage, i.e. is it cheaper to keep continuous coverage or would you be offered a special price if you allow it to lapse etc? Perhaps there's no difference...? Cheers, Steve. |

Don't you get the free for 12 months when you get your car serviced?
I have just had quotes from two dealers and they both advised I would. |

Yes, it's volvo recovery that comes free with the service sadly, on call is chargeable
Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet then - just a shame that the insurers don't recognise the on call as a full tracker solution and give a discount on the insurance |
