It might be an idea to check out FK automotive as they do an aftermarket egg crate debadged grill for not a lot of cash.

The Egg crate grill, only about 9 months old and no signs of damage that I can see.

I'm asking for £50 + p&p. The grill was fitted new around this time last year as part of an accident repair. Only been on the car about 10-11 months.

I have found that the phase 1 grill sprayed in black actually looks pretty good.
