"Poor Engine Performance" warning

My 2002 XC70 has been sitting for about 3 weeks. When I tried to start, it turns over but the engine will not come on (I have a new battery).
The message warning states: "Poor Engine Performance". It has been parked at a slight angle, toward the driver's side.
Any suggestions?

You really need to ask this question in the forum for phase 2 70-series cars:

This forum is for the older models up to year 2000.

Our cars don't have such sophisticated warning messages!
