Default wanted: 240 estate

Hi - i'm after a nice 240 estate with manual gearbox. i've owned a couple of old, high mileage rusty bricks in the past, but now i have a family i'd like a reliable, neat one.
£2000 to spend, so i'm looking for either a finished restoration project or fsh/low miles.
and i'm in south wales, so if its not the other end of the UK then that would be a bonus.

you can contact me directly on mail(at)dbini(dot)com

thanks,

john

Default 240 estate

I recently bought a 240 estate as a gapfill for work, as my 77 classic was in repair. I am now looking to sell it on, for no other reason than my car is nearly ready and i dont have room for two. It is in truly amazing condition, 1990, silver, top of the range, absolutely nothing wrong with it. The lad that had it spent £2500 since having it and endless hours of his time. Full service history, in fact EVERY piece of paper since new and catalogued. The one negative is the 212000 miles, but that does not reflect any of its condition. Whoever buys it for the long term will be very lucky, high mileage or not. Fred
