I just need to make sure that it was a bad cylinder head gasket, not too sure if it is or if it is not. Any advice?

That engine hasnt seen coolant for a long time , see all the rusty corrosion, that could have corroded the head gasket . Also the bolts tend to loosen sometimes .
So check the head for flatness , get a new volvo headgasket ( check its thickess there are a number of different thicknesses available ) and bolts and volvo coolant ( 3 litres) and re assemble ...

Clan could you find out the torque settings for those cylinder head bolts? And there is about 12 bolts that holds camshaft attached to the cylinder head, I need that torque settings for them as well.

I used water when I noticed that I am loosing the coolant, thats why its so rusty, I have coolant flush, I will do that when I put everything back together.

When I put that cylinder head on the first time, few months ago, I didnt had that torque wrench. I have original volvo gasket as well.

Its too dark outside, but it is T3 Renault engine, there is just 3 bolts holding valve cover, there is no oil cap on it.

I dont know how you tightened them before but there is quite a complex proceedure to go through , see attached instructions ...
There is just the one gasket on this engine 1.3 mm thick that is providing your pistons are not higher than they were before . you havent changed anything so it should be ok !

Could somebody get me a picture with something called TDC (top dead centre) I think that who ever had changed the timing belt might have messed up that tdc, I remember that 1st camshaft should be pointing straight up when you align tdc, mine is one the 9 o'clock not 12 ...

this is not that picture!

there was another picture , similar to the second attached thumbnail in Clan's post.
