It looks like a Bootlid off and shake upside job Wacky! Yet another example of a simple job turned into a pain in the ass job!

Thanks for the festoon link Andy! I'll get some SMD festoons ordered then!

I think I'd prefer to just leave it there and buy a new holder! Found one on eBay.

I've ordered me some festoons too!

just a camera mode. Like sport mode or macro mode on digital camera

Btw http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=230610815746 I fitted these leds. Length from top 2 leds to bottom metal wires are 27mm
or 2.7cm

And anyway, these leds look blueish when comparing them with main lights.... can somebody suggest pure white light instead of that I have now?

Those LEDs are quite blue wacky, the ones me and Biotoxic got aren't as blue but do have a very very slight tint to them (5500 colour temp).

But they are almost a perfect match to my HID's

(Taken with iPhone so not entirely true representation!)

I didn't think those LED side lights were UK legal? Can someone tell me what the law is on these, those LED sidelights look as bright as the main or full beams lol

U can see light around the LEDs in daylight(but not the whole thing), in night they look ok. Its not a modification, its manufacturers decision top put them there, so they are legal.

They look bluish comparing to normal lights , but psni havent said anything about them.

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!! What a difference they make. replaced the running lights with LEDs and I loved the difference. I also replaced the 2 front cabin lights with LEDs and they look great too. SWMBO came out and saw them and ORDERED me to get the entire car converted to LEDs. lol. I will of course obey as I think they look great
