Default Ring a main dealer with reg no.

So long as it was the radio that cam ewith the car from new have you tried ringing a main dealer with the reg no. I have found that they have supplied the code over the phone when this has happened to me in the past. Hope that helps.

Default payment

Usually you have to take the log book (they need the Vin No.and proof of ownership) to a main service agent and they will oblige for a fee usually £10.00 including vat although for that they also give you the key numbers as well.
There no point in having a radio code if you can get it over the phone I would doubt the integrity of the dealer if he does so over the phone.
