OK. I'll put the manual to one side for you. You're welcome to it. I have come close to chucking it out many a time.
When you are able to PM me, do that, and I'll get in touch, and we can meet up somewhere round Exeter. The distributor caps on the end of the camshafts are quite awkward to get to. There are 3 captive bolts that need to be undo (8mm spanner required), and you'll just have to be patient with it. It's fiddly, but it will come off if you're gentle with it! It helps to remove the leads first, but MARK THEM before you do so!
