Excellent website !

My 1998 has suffered some of the faults listed on the website, its currently got the tailgate switch fault and drivers door central locking unit not unlocking (all other doors work fine)and drivers door locks ok !

Recently I had the problem with a faulty heater matrix, my local volvo dealer was good only charging me £75 labour !

After owning an 850 before this one I would sum up volvo's as expensive to maintain ! If Ford made a big estate car (as they used to ) I'd buy that and stay well clear of Fords PAG.

Welcome to the asylum! I used to have a Scorpio estate before my 850, well equipped, roomy and didn't break as much as the Volvo. Before that I had a Mazda 626 estate - Australian import - that never ever broke.
