Fitted the towbar today, quite straightforward. Pick up the wiring kit tomorrow hopefully. Although I went for a detachable flange type it doesn't affect the parking assist when the towball is fitted. But I think it would be very close to an obstacle by the time the continuous tone sounds.
My caravan does not have ATC.
With the Volvo 7 pin plug you can opt to have trailer fog lights or trailer reversing lights or a charging feed or indeed none of the above. Why that is I don't really know as a caravan only has the fog lights connected in a single plug set up (12N).

Did you fit this the wiring loom and where the plug that you connect the loom too?

For post-facelift model, there will be a trailer module that plugs into the Rear Electronics Module. Pre-facelift models, the socket connector plugs into a dedicated connector in the main loom by the spare wheel well.
