I'm hearing a few clunks from the front right that sound as if some bush is worn, particularly when cornering left on bumpy roads. I wouldn't be surprised if that also contributes to the vibration under braking.will take a look when I get time...
On a concrete section of the M25 i got a lot of slapping noise from the expansion joints, more than i expected. Might also be related... |

I have a slight mesh noise perhaps rather than a whine in second, I wouldn't even be able to hear it in a diesel I don't think, it's only cos the SI6 is so nice and quiet. Not overly worried just yet. (famous last words)

All sorted. Service carried out by Johnsons Solihull and they checked the car over. Transmission is fine and behaving as it should. Brakes are corroded but should bed down over time. The driver's door mirror wasn't heating up which they traced to a broken wire and mended FOC. They also updated software including gearbox. Nice people too.
