i thought he said it was parked in a cul-de-sac was it not near a kerb i`m not reading it all again to check , do auto`s have a locked diff ? , so 1 wheel can go forward and 1 back if on a slippy surface , anyway i`m not saying he`s not telling porkies its just that **** happens usually to me

Zeb said on first post:

"There's no witnesses, and no cameras. I parked the car for literally 5 mins on the cul-de-sac, came out and saw the damage".

Then on page 3 said:

"I was driving the car, then I parked up for 5 mins or so (went to the shops). Sat in the car and saw TCS light on, drove the car anyway as I thought it could be a faulty sensor, and straight away I felt the steering position turning left.
Got out of the car to see if there's any damage, and saw the N/S wheel damaged. So I drove slowly and safely back home."

So I dunno really.

From what I have been reading seems like a candidate for the "Mann Booker" prize for fiction! Something just doesnt ring true.

What IS the true story here?

The story is, that a suicidal motorcyclist decided to hit a rim and NOT the car and like that destroy the front tracking. After he did so and spun the wheel of the car, he got up severely injured, jumped onto his destroyed motorcycle (though not before clearing up all the pieces of his bike so no evidence is left behind) and rushes off, putting two dents in the rear door, which oddly appear on older pictures. And all that within 5 minutes...

I think the Sun would make that a page 1 story!

Local man says: "Motorcyclist destroyed my car - and buggered off"
