VADIS Workshop Manual
Hello all,
have been browsing through the forum recently, just having a general nosey around and have seen some threads mentioning the VADIS dvd workshop manual. Have found this one on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volvo-V50-.../130831520218? Has anyone bought one of these? And does anyone know if it will work with a Windows 7 64 bit operating system? The write up says it is being tested, and I have contacted the seller who says that they cannot remember if it worked or not, but am welcome to buy and try, returning if not, but don't really want the hastle. Does anyone know of a copy that will work with a Windows 7 64 bit operating system? Thanks in advance Mike |

I found that VMware was by far the simplest solution. The registry hack didn't work for me. However if you have the "Pro" version of windows you could use "Virtual Machine" instead..
http://www.vmware.com/products/player/ Very simple, just make sure when you create the virtual environment that you set the ram to 2gb. From memory I think default is only 1gb. Once you do this install XP SP3 and then install Vida This worked perfectly for me on a W7 home premium laptop (64 BIT) |

Installed it onto my Windows 7 Home Permium 64bit laptop (as per instructions included) and had a nosey around once installed. So far so good with everything appearing to work fine |
