Default M90 manual gear box

For sale is my spare M90

I removed it from a 1996 sports edition car I broke back in 2009! Its no longer required.

It came out of a running car. I drove it approximately 200 miles and the gear box shifted perfectly in every gear.

Anybody interested ?

Any idea if its the H or L gearbox, and which car did it come out of?

Hello all.

I have looked at the gear box and I can not see any designating part number or sticker. is there any other way to tell? Where should I be looking?

It does say in the very first post which car it came out of. This particular sport is the only one I have ever seen registered on a P reg so must have been a late 96

Err, yeah. It came out of a 96 Sports edition 940 all of which where fitted with red block engines from the factory.

The gear box is provisionally sold for £100 collected. The guy is supposed to be ringing me this weekend to arrange collection early next week. If this does not happen I will PM you.

Cheers

I seiously can't believe it's taken this long to shift an M90...

And for £100?!

Perhaps it's just the whiteblock 'boxes that go for mega money, for the T5 boys!
