Default V60 2016 T3, jerking drives me crazy!

Have had the V60 for a little over a year now, and have this intermittent issue of sometimes the car jerks for a minute or something, then it just stops. I'm really at a loss on where to even begin troubleshooting this and dealer is of no help... they just respond with "Never heard of. Any fault codes?" and when telling them there's none, no further advice or help given.

The odd thing is, it's almost like a timed event, because every single time this happens it's during warm up of the car, and without exception, it's happened at the same place give or take 50-100 meters, meaning there's some consistency to it. Happened again today, and it may not happen again for weeks.

What I did notice though, is when this goes on, transmission shifts a bit more violently, suggesting it may be in the connection between engine and transmission, or that at the very least the transmission is getting incorrect data and shifts at incorrect times. It drags out the shifts so they will happen at a higher RPM than usual.

Another thing I would like some ideas on how to rule out is that I can't help thinking that I feel some micro jerks occasionally when driving. Thing is, they're subtle enough that it may just be the roads (being an R-Design and all I know it's a bit more sensitive), but I'm not entirely convinced. It may sound stupid but I am looking for a way to tell jerking from road bumps!

Hope I can be able to figure this out soon, as it's really driving me crazy. Just when I feel I'm about to trust the car, it sabotages by throwing a fit out of the blue.
