  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Hi and welcome to the forum. What age is your 142? We have owned many 140's over the years so will have most the info you are looking for.
On volvo300mania we have a couple of ppl from Romania - looks like there are quite a few volvo's over there with you.
Have you had many volvo's?

it is from '73.
I known a lot af owners of volvo from my contry but I don't find somebady with my model .
The car I own from '94 , and i begin to learn a few about the car , but need to learn much.

Your english is very good.
I do not know anybody in Romania with a 140.
Are you just looking at doing repairs and fixing or do you want to make it faster and hold the road better.
If you ask questions on here I should be able to explain how to fix and do the things you want.

I have a problem with the cylinder head gasket.
I buy 2 pieces from Spain but I have some problem with quality of the gasket.
The oil is entry in the head of the piston and is been burn doing a lot of smoke.
I try to buy from Internet but there are some problems because they wan't delivery in my country , and I don't know the qulity of the gasket and if it is the right gasket for my engine .(B20B)

I can get good head gasket for you here and send it over. I wil find out how much it will cost to send one to you.

Are you sure the oil is leaking from the gasket?

I'm sure.
The oil is "aspirate" when the admision is make through the block and gasket.
I am change the valve gasket.
I'm waiting your response.
