Has the cambelt and auxiliary belt been done recently or are they being done?

This doesn't include the auxiliary belt kit so is there evidence that the auxiliary belt and pulleys have also been done?

That's a strange omission of maintenance from a main dealer considering the aux setup is the more likely cause of belt and subsequent engine failure.
Which garage has done the maintenance?
