Default Age-related 1800E mechanic

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy and experienced 1800E mechanic within a 30 mile radius of Alton, Hampshire?

Thanks in anticipation.

Hope you find some one that can help.

These engines are normally very reliable.

Some times the bottom points (for injectors) need adjusting.

If it's knowledge about the D-jetronic fuel injection then this forum I have found best. I think it unlikely you will find that local garages know anything about it. Tell us what your problem is and this forum will help you fix it

There's Amazon Cars in Suffolk and I know of another Volvo mechanic in Exeter. Anything Djet related stick with them but if it's general mechanics any decent classic car mechanic will be fine.

Join VOC. Attend Hampshire Section meetings and hopefully benefit from members and local knowledge of useful garages. You haven't said if you want any specific work carried out. As said, mechanics are easy, fuel injection not so much. Parts for that can be difficult and/or expensive.
