V70 Protective Grille, Gas Lift, Dog Guard
I purchased from the VolvoPartShop in October 2009
Find below the link, which Note: This is the V70 branded one, not the picutured XC70 http://www.volvopartshop.com/protect...0-08-601-p.asp Happy to take offers and collection is going to be the sensible option as its rigid and would be a real pig to send via the various postal services. I am 15miles from Cardiff, South Wales.

This item is still available - I am tempted to put it out for the "Rag and Bone" man, but must be worth £40 to someone... surely?

A good source of long boxes is your local bike shop. I've posted many odd shaped things over the years & the empty bike carton is perfect, although you need to be prepared to get a saw & some parcel tape to trim it down to size. For cheap couriers, I'd recommend ParcelMonkey & MyHermes. Ypu should be able to send the grille for under £10, but of course you may wish to add a few pounds to cover the addtional materials & time to package it up & print off the labels etc.
