Stainles Steel de cat back system
Selling a custom stainless steel cat back system which was fitted by Bristol Exhausts to my old S40 1996 1.8. It has a nice oval tip slightly larger than standard fits nicely in the bumper cut out. This system cost me £300 back in 2010. Make me sensible offers.
Stainless steel decat pipe. Collection from Devizes Wiltshire many thanks. |

Its well tarnished obviously no rust. I gave the tip a little polish, I know there's some products out there which can get it all shines up!
The de cat pipe is still attached to the mid section, if not required I can separate them This is the original Volvo cat. passed the last MOT with no emission problems Last edited by s40rch; Apr 16th, 2014 at 15:35. |

Yes and No, the cat looks like my original cat that came of my V40. The early cars that weren't the T4's had rod gear change linkages. Yours being a later car should have cable so you wont get any clearance issues there.
The mounting points are all the same maybe the rear silencer mount points might need tweeking. But apart from that it should go straight in apart from the pipe to cat as your car's cat is in a slightly different position and the pipe sizes might be a bit different.

Looks like I'll give it a miss and buy a new system, custom fitted to my car. After all this other work has been completed and the wee Ka is back on the road. Gary
