V70: Information - my car talks

Hi guys

I've had my v70 d5 57 reg se for nearly 2 weeks and I love it, but the other day I was doing about 60 mph and all of a sudden my car said something about icy conditions

Was I hearing things or is this a safety feature

It has no satnav or bluetooth

Was it the stereo and the end of a traffic announcement or news flash that is set?

No I was using my iPod at the time and it was a computer sounding voice , I even played the end of the song to see if it was that

I've never heard it do that before
