Lol advanced is when you can push start it yourself by running it down the road single handed and jumping in at the last second. I used to have an old escort where I kept leaving the lights on it was more or less second nature in the end
One of the downsides of an auto though I guess can't do that |

The way I normally do it is touch the negative to chassis / metal parts until you find good sparks and connect it to that, unless of course that place happens to be coloured red!
