Default Help to solve the last C70 squeak?

Need a bit of advice about what to use, to try and get rid of the last major squeak on the car. I’ve been working on it for the last few weeks and am down to the last two. Problem is one of them is right behind the drivers head.

It’s caused by the rubbing of the side window rubber against the driver door window. The passenger one is silent. No matter what I treat this with, I can’t stop the noise. I’m wondering if I should simply try and buy a new window rubber if that would help? This is the vertical bit of rubber on the end of the rear side window.

Dropping one of the windows an inch works, as it separates the two glass panels, but this isn’t ideal in rain. So can anyone suggest any other application?
I’ve used the Gummi rubber, silicone lube etc.

Been treating it with this for days and it doesn't seem to take any more.

Are they removable or part of the window?
