Underpowered & hesitant V70 - what checks to do in VIDA

Hi,
I have a long standing issue with my 2005 2.4 petrol 140bhp (non-turbo) V70 114K miles.

The car won't go over 70 mph (not that I ever would

) & lacks power on acceleration. It also gets hesitant/jerky around 4K RPM when accelerating. The car also comes close to stalling if you put your foot down at low revs.

I've just acquired access to VIDA & am looking for some tips on what to check or look out for that could point to my problem please? Should I be looking for any particular values in the ECM diagnostics or anywhere else that you think could be handy in diagnosing the problem? I have no idea what the values should be so any advice would be great thanks.

There is no EML & the only fault coming up is for the siren which I removed due to the battery leaking & damaging the pcb.

Things I've done on the vehicle so far that haven't worked:

-New fuel filter
-Replaced MAF sensor
-Replaced ETM
-New fuel pump (in tank)
-Checked for vacuum leaks using a diy smoke machine (baby oil, jam jar, soldering iron, balloon pump)
-New PCV system (found a massive split on one of the pipes but made no improvement)
-VIDA shows my fuel pressure as 82psi but there's no sensor in the rail so no idea where that pressure reading is coming from
-I've tried using E5 fuel to no improvement & have also tried redex fuel system cleaner for a few tanks

I posted a thread a while back here which I had loads of great help with but still haven't solved it unfortunately.

Any tips on VIDA or other things I could try would be great thanks!

Coil packs? Also your engine has intake VVT, it is interesting if its doing something wrong.

But any way first thing's first is to check the fuel trims. LTFT and STFT. If LTFT is above 2-3% especially like 10 or more, that could still indicate a vacuum leak.

Can suggest anything specific in terms of your problem but first check all of the standard Live Data

MAF Readings at different revs
O2 Sensor voltages and switching pattern
Fuel pressure
MAP reading
Coolant Temp over time from engine start

If you get readings you can post them on the forum to see if someone can verify if they are in the right range. Although I'd expect a code if these were out of range.

Have you checked the plugs? Are they correct for the car?

Possible blocked Cat or exhaust?
