Default V60 fuel pressure low

Hi guys 2011 v60 d5 non start, back ground bought it as a project to build up as one piston was done, car now built up ,went to start but only cranking over, compression all good and timing spot on, sounded like fuel running back, left for a bit then all of a sudden sprang into life, was running for about an hour, switched off and left for an hour and didn't start, fuel filters been changed, and checking fuel pressure getting 350000hpa when it was idling but from memory needed over 400 to start, injectors are ok and had another good hp pump so stuck on but no difference, only thing different from the wife's C30 d3 is the intank pump runs for a lot longer on the v60 than the C30, tried blanking the return from the rail to the tank but no change also no dtc's showing on dash, got a quarter of a tank of fuel, don't really want to drop the tank if I don't have to, anyone with a Vida able to look up what the min fuel pressure to start and what the amount of fuel low pressure pump should put out.
