Default S60 (2011) Front Bumper Grille

Hi all... So i was playing angry birds on my commute to work. A pigeon has landed straight through my front grille and has gone inside my car... So now i need to replace the front grille. I can not believe the prices on Ebay or even scrap yards... It's a joke for a plastic part! Rear hand break was £150 new... The cheapest i found is £120, but i believe it's from the 2013-2016 model.
1. Do any of you know if it will fit 2011 model?
2. Any ideas where to source it cheaper? (I have contacted Volvo East london dealer and hoping they have a sensible price (as i have found in the past)
3. Would i be able to replace it myself? Looking at the XC60 replacement grille post i think it should be easy... (fingers crossed)

Have you ever hit a bird?

I replaced mine after someone reversed their tow bar into it. Yes, I paid something like £150.

It was not at all easy getting the old grille out as you need special tools to unclip the numerous retaining tangs. I ended up breaking the old one into bits to remove.

Getting the new one in was easy.

LOL, the same happened to me about a month ago. Set off for work one morning, assumed I had hit a pigeon just after leaving home but didn't think anything more about it. Parked up at work and then 20 mins later I got a call from my works security staff saying that I had a pigeon in the front of my car. Thinking it would be a bloody mess, off I wandered out to the car only to find it alive behind the grille but in front of the rad. It must of had a very happy 30 mile drive.......
Had to break more of the grille off to get my hand in to get hold of it..... Have yet to find a reasonably priced replacement, a grille that is, not a pigeon :-)

I don't think the later ones fit but I believe the S60 and V60 for those MY's are the same.
