Dual exhaust issue

Hi newbie member here
I have an Xc90 2011 r design and identified a break in my exhaust pipe today where it splits to a dual Im struggling to find a diagram to show how this should join can anyone help please pictures hopefully have attached

It was probably welded by the look of it. I would replace the whole 'Y' piece . Merlin Motorsport sell many different sizes in mild or stainless steel which can be welded or clamped .
