I have spoken to Phil tonight as promised, he assures me they have all been sent via royal mail. Those that have requested refunds are being dealt with.

I was actually on the phone when he posted yours thro the letter box so it maybe my fault if he got the wrong house, he did actually knock and got no response.

As for these numbers being false, what a load of old crap, i have sent loads of stuff recorded and special delivery and have yet to have 1 that has been trackable.
Actually i have sent 1 today special delivery, guess what, no tracking info, i just checked!!!!!!

Its down to you to get a refund and compensation from the post office. Refund my payment. It is 7 days since I raised a paypal dispute and 4 days since I escalated it, you haven't even bothered to respond to it. What is going on? Do the right thing fella, its not a huge sum of money but its a principal. Surely your reputation is worth more than this?

Walked round the corner this morning and "recovered" my badge. As Phill had stated, it was delivered last night. It's a fine looking badge and well worth the £8.

walk around the corner and f'in 'recover' one for me and send it to me. If I lived closer I'd do it myself.
I still want one.

Just had no answer to my pm's. and...still after the postman 'was charged with the delivery'.....nothing. not even 1 badge arrived weeks later.
