  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Started prepping the engine bay for paint. Hopefully get the engine bay and boot prepped tomorrow and primer and paint on Sunday. Going to wet on wet and if topcoat is too orange peely will flat it and give it another coat.

Turned out nae too bad, couple of wee runs for that 60s authenticity. ;-) Will need to decide if I flat the engine bay areas or leave as is. Certainly got better coverage than originally done from the factory.

Interior next which is going to be tricky to paint it all. Was hoping to have that done by end of March but am away this weekend so no chance.

The new alloys. Have a soft spot for the Torq Thrusts and think they look great on a Amazon.

Brushed a good layer of epoxy on, started sanding out the orange peel in the engine bay and then seam seemed inside. Need to spray the floor for the heavy layer to go on next.
