Default MOT failed

Car had the MOT the other day and unfortunately it failed on a corroded Brake pipe and something regarding the caliper sticking on which I knew about myself but was hoping it wasn't going to fail. Fortunately it might not need a new caliper, depends really, and I had some brake pads sitting in the shed so not all bad (needs a new pad passenger rear)

Funny thing is my Hazard warning lights failed lol. Not sure if it's a fuse because it's not flashing on the dash anymore! Just my luck though.

Yeh could be a lot worse ha!

Still surprised the HWS failed because I replaced it 5 months ago and tested it before I went to the garage. Tested all my bulbs and so on and somehow it decides to fail on MOT day lol

Thomas, I think your car has had it. I will give you £200 cash for that junk so I can take it apart...........

Anyway, when you push the HLS does the double clicking warning for not wearing the seatbelt stop, or is it the same? DO your indicators work?

Is everything else electrical in your car working perfectly fine?

If you need a replacememtn HLS, just let me know and I will send one to you.

Because the car is at the garage I can't test them right now, all I know is the flashing on the dash is no longer present and when you press the hazard switch, nothing happens. No lights or clicking when it's engaged. The garage will have a look and see on Monday what's wrong.

Thanks for the kind offer as always Alex
