Default awd prop problem

I have fitted a second hand transfer box on my 98 awd, but when i put the the prop on the back end of the car feels like it is jumping off the the ground at speeds of over 25mph. It never did this before the transfer box self destructed, any ideas?.

Are all four tyres the same make and size, also make sure the tread depth on all four tyres are very similar, the closer matched the better - Mike

I have checked tyres no problems there. I had to change the end on the transfer box for my old one because the bolt hole spaces where not the same, which then let me fit the prop. I was thinking maybe balancing, the prop was rebuilt less than 10,000 miles ago.
