Default AWD system service questions

For the first time since my ownership, I will be doing my own service on my V70 XC 2.4 T AWD. My previous 4x4 was a Landrover, but I have not touched this AWD Volvo before.

I assume that I can service (oil replacement) the transfer gearbox, and also the reart diff, but is there anything else in the system that can have an oil change?

The car has the viscous coupling system, so is this a sealed unit and therefore not serviceable?

What oil spec, and quantity for the transfer box, and same with the rear diff. Do I have to buy specific Volvo oil (as per the auto transmission) or can other grades and makers be considered.

Many thanks
