Inscription pro seats lumbar memory fault
My 18.5 XC60 inscription pro have problems to maintain its lumbar settings. I have personal profiles as well as saved memory in position 1 and 2. The other memory settings like height adjustment, thigh support, back rest are all fine.
The lumbar does initially return to its saved position when i start the car or press memory 1/2 buttons. However, after 5 mins of driving the lumbar support deflates to a very flat position. Therefore I suspect its leaking air somehow, does anybody has this before? |

Mine does not deflate either. I think that someone mentioned that driver profiles remembers the setting for lumber but the memory seat option does not.

I have just had mine replaced for same reason. Part of it was deflating after about 5-10 mins. There was a leak in the unit

Mine's the opposite, it inflates too much.

I'm certain the memory button memorise the lumbar setting as it will inflate to my saved position if I press the button whilst driving, but only for it the deflate gradually in 5 mins |

Did they actually find out what went wrong the first time, or did they just take the route of it's broke so we will replace it?

They replaced the part (not sure which). But obviously now didn’t test at all. If you turn the lumbar to the max, give it 5 mins and it would have deflated a bit. Overnight it is completely deflated
