My advice would be to go into this with your eyes open and pay A N Other professional a lump of money to receive it working again because my experience is that you will more than likely have some difference between a 2011 and another 2011 engine from the same car dependant upon its options let alone swapping years.
I get what you’re saying and that is my biggest concern. When my garage has replaced parts before and even when they sourced new tensioner they said it was a nightmare to get the right part with so many variations.
