Default Rattles from some components on S60 2005

With age it's normal to get some rattle, but it is getting annoying when it is compounded by other rattles at the same time.

In the back row, I have an ash tray on the mid section of the car, well this ashtray seems to buzz/rattle when the car is idling. Yeah I do have engine vibrations from a few bad mounts I will fix, but nonetheless it's still buzzing.

My rear left window seems to rattle quite noticeably when the road is very uneven which is quite common where I'm from, from uneven roads to potholes you name it. The only fix which quiets it a bit is to very very slightly drop the window down, if it's in it's full up position it rattles a lot.

I also have a hatch, the sliding door has a handle which is loose and it also rattles in the aforementioned conditions, what could I use to glue it without it being visible or without the glue eating through the upholstery?

You can see how when you add all these components together, my driving experience is not very pleasant.
