I do all my own services and work on the car as i have a lock up so saves me some pennies doing it myself will try the local garage and see if they can test it for me
with winter coming up and fast going to replace the battery as a duff battery this time of year is only going to cause problems as the weather gets worse hopefully keeps the lambda light off as i know the 2 new lambda's are good and working ok |

Hello! Ive bought this volvo, and ive been playing around today. boost is dropping off around 4500rpm. Twin piston dump valve is open on idle, altho when I take it off and refit, it will only open a lil bit then after a few revs, its wide open, so after furth mooching about, ive found a grey check valve coming from throttle body is gooswd, I can blow down it feom both ways. Would this cause the boost drop at 4500rpm? Anyone know where I might find one urgently. Im in teeside area.. Cheers.

Cant seem to upload a pic, but you wi know the one I mean. Throttle body non return check valve. No the one that goes back into induction behind airfilter, the other one....although there both the same part.
