Hi,

Save locally and attach them?
See this:
Linky....

Or use a photo storage system like yours. But you need to make sure the photos can be seen by everyone as a login is required atm for your links...

Cheers Des.

Just had to nip out but before I did I did a bit of experimenting. 'Attaching' didn't seem logical to me to show in the stream! I was looking at embedding the code myself until I tried it with attaching. Just had time to shrink all the photos before I ran out. Will test again now and then edeit the above so that it is easier to read.

Thanks again, Peter

I would, but......... Fasthosts had a major security issue last year and all domain name passwords had to be changed. I use a bit of space from a mates account, but I have never bothered setting up the control panel properly. I can't find the new passwords, so have to wait for him to come back from the school run to check them for me

I actually tried to delete the previous post but despite the button saying edit/delete (on mouseover), I couldn't see how to do it!

Previous post tidied up!! Thanks for all the advice.

Finally got the job started and as I don't seem to have sufficient chunks of time, I'm going to work my way down in stages until the breather system is completely clean from the seperator box up.

Current issue is how to remove the fuel rail. I 'believe' that the injectors are held in the manifiold with 2 O rings each. Can anyone confirm or deny this for me? I have had a gentle tug to remove the rail with injectors attached but am afraid of breaking something. Any tips on best method? (VADIS says "Carefully pull up the injectors with the fuel rail ")

I have only so far managed to break this (I'm sure this wont be the first!).......

...both at the obvious and at the point where it joins here.....

Not too worried about this as it was completely blocked anyway. And of course the other end fits onto the flame trap here...

Does anybody know how critical the bore of the tube is? I have some with a slightly bigger bore but don't know if that would 'interfere' with 'things'.

Another point. Is it possible to retain my car details within VADIS? At the moment I am entering my VIN each time, which doesn't seem right to me.

(Getting the photo's right was a bit of a mission!!!)

Default Broken pipe.

I managed to break the same pipe,I replaced it with a length of silicon pipe I had kicking about.
As a matter of interest I had a Quote from PYE's in Stirchley Birmingham to take the manifold off, clean and replace breather system as required,£170 +parts and vat, I have the feeling that he does not really want the job but I could be wrong.
