It seems to be depending on the model/powertrain but also on the market/country of delivery. PHEVs seem to be delayed more than mild hybrids - particularly those arriving from China. Also, larger markets (Eg. UK..) seem to suffer more delays..

I ordered an XC40 B4 AWD in Early Sep and was told then to expect a delivery by mid Jan. Latest update with the dealer - all seems to be going as scheduled - production slot is w.49 (first week of Dec). Fingers crossed!

Picked up the V60 yesterday - All in all from order to pick up was 2.5 months which I think is fairly lucky (No pictures as of yet)
Drove home averaging 54mpg as well which isn't bad for a brand new car although it was steady traffic for the 20 mile journey.

The car was prepped very well and had a good hour going through the features and setting up VOC etc. with the salesman.
The Thunder Grey really does suit the black R-Design trim although they had a Denim Blue one in the showroom and it looks alot better in person.

Things I have noticed is the seat extensions although heated, are manually extended, and they also no longer supply a cloth for cleaning the centre console. The cloth is hardly a big deal - but just screams cost cutting to the highest degree.

Congrats Ash!

Re the seat extension… can you clarify? Should they be powered? Or is it something you had just assumed would be?

Just wondering if this is yet more functionality lost to the chip shortage?

Impressively quick that I think as said before it depends on spec and engine on how quick you get stuff

Picked up my XC60 on Thursday last week. Ordered 7th August. However, the car was considered a stock vehicle and already had a build slot so obviously that helped. A touch over 3 months between committing and taking delivery. I must say I absolutely love it and is worth the wait!

Ordered my V60 PE beginning of March and took delivery on Monday (15th Nov). Longer than expected as the first order was cancelled due to model year change from MY21 to 22 and colour change from Osmium to Thunder grey.

I also requested the full LED lighting pack was added back on as this was dropped off as standard, likely because of the chip shortage which probably added to the lead time.

Certainly worth the wait though.

You got any pictures as my S60 PE is in Thunder Grey and not seen one yet, did you go 19" or 20" wheels? i've also added the LED lighting pack and Bowers and Wilkins

All I've got at the moment with it being dark so early

and went for 19", personally not a fan of over sized wheels regardless of ride quality.
