You'll probably have to find a set of steels and have them banded yourself. For banding I'd recommend Alonze Fabrication (Google them) they are about 8 miles from me and he does amazing banded wheels. They balance up well, don't leak and he is well priced. It's worth couriering a set to him and back.

I'll check him out, I've been quoted from bandedteelwheels.co.uk, the bloke seems brand new, but it's coming in at £560 ish for 16" banded with two colours. I know that there is a bit of work involved, but I can't seem to get by the fact that they are only steel wheels and you could get alloys for the same or less...however they look outstanding on a 240 wagon. Dilemma...

An alternative with steel wheels could be to move the centres in relation to the barrels?

Here are some 17" Peugeot wheels I had altered. The fronts have had the centres moved in around 20mm from their original position. The rears have had the centres flipped to put the dish on the outside. The original valve hole, now on the inside, has been sealed with a flush fit valve, and the barrel drilled for another valve on the outside.

Well Jim Alonze charged me £300 to have a set of 13" wheels banded, blasted and sprayed up about two years ago.

bandedsteelwheels.co.uk are not cheap but ask anyone who is running Alonze wheels and they will tell you they are spot on. He is local to me and I had never heard of him until I read in Retrocars magazine about how good his wheels were so I had a new set made up to replace some on my mk2 Escort that were dog crap.

He quotes 15"s at £50 a wheel. 16"s at £55 a wheel and 17"s at £60 a wheel for any size.

Bandedsteelwheels AKA Damian did my flipped Peugeot steels, he did a really good job and when he did them they were £30 a wheel. He's put his prices up in the last couple of years to match the competition but he's pretty damn good.

I'm guessing that price is supplied and banded yeah?

I'd get some Peugeot Tepee 17" steels and send them to either Damian or Alonze.
