Adjustable Clutch Pushrod.. Can they be fitted?
My master clutch cylinder yoke is badly worn onto an oval hole. Instead of replacing the whole thing, can you just replace the pushrod with an adjustable one, or even a standard one?
These holes are elongated and give me travel before clutch engages: Adjustable one: |

Or you can weld a washer on each side in the correct place for the pin and use a slightly longer pin.

Yeah I saw that solution and it is a good one. However I have no welding equipment (yet), a mate is gifting me his old MIG, so will happily have a play when I do.

Sorry I moved the images and it messed up the initial post, so I've added below:

Just as an update
I fitted an adjustable rod and all works perfectly. I did a little thread here: https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=330541 |
