  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

My speedo and ode is dead too. Mine is the yazaki one though.. Had a quick look at the cluster but I dare not tamper with it as my soldering skills are not that good for something as delicate as this.

£250 notes!
I’d be happy to pay for repairs but £250 would hurt.
Any one in uk / on this forum wants to tackle my Speedo I’d be more than happy to pay.

As much as it would be nice to get mine working.. I think I would be happy with some sort of replacement GPS speedo. I have been scouring ebay and the net to find a decent one, anyone on here had any luck with these, perhaps recommend some?.

Hi, I agree with Vanadeo. Does anyone know of a replacement Speedo that could be gps? And might fit into current Speedo whole?

If you are talking about a new gear wheel for an oem VDO cluster/speedo (not a Yazaki) go to PartsMonster and look for a Volvo 240 VDO replacement. In the UK they are all the same for VDO's of the era!

You may need two gears, they are available, damned if I can remember from whom I bought mine. One of the obvious ones.🤔
