Ever heard the phrase "do what you want but don't get caught"?? Perhaps in this case it should read "do what you want but don't admit to it"!! That's a HUGE admission for a dealer employee to make, on a public forum which is so intimately associated with the marque!!!

This is particularly worrying post. You have posted on a public forum that allegedly a dealer is commiting a dishonest act by mis-selling non-genuine Volvo parts as genuine Volvo parts. This is an issue that is now in the public domain and as such raises huge issues.
