Just checked and found that my XC40 is one.
I would have thought that Volvo/Dealer would have contacted everyone affected, seeing that it is a brake issue.
I have heard nothing yet.

OK it it is an added safety feature and normal braking is still ok, but after all it is a Volvo!

While perusing all things Schoda I found that VAG has been recalling TSi cars across the brands for the engine cover to be discarded as it's a fire risk so if anyone reading has a TSi model and they have it serviced be warned the engine cover will be confiscated and although there's supposed to be a plastic replacement nobody seems to be able to get one right now.

As Volvo also use the soft touch covers I wonder if this will also be an issue with them.

Slightly off topic, but I managed to replace what I thought was underbonnet soundproofing for my old Impreza Turbo a couple of years ago.

It turns out that it's actually a moulded sheet of fire suppressant that melts over the engine in the event of a fire. Good idea Subaru.

We’d not noticed any issues, but had ours completed last week. It’s now running software version 2.6

Got the recall sorted yesterday
Took all of 20 minutes.
Just enough time for a coffee, a look around Rybrook's showroom, and a sit in an immaculate 1958 P544.
